We have set up in ballrooms, back gardens and office lobbies. If you are not sure yours fits, ask — it usually does.
Weddings
Receptions and rehearsal dinners. Guests leave with a photograph from the night itself, not one that arrives weeks later.
Showers and christenings
Smaller, warmer gatherings where everyone knows each other and the photographs show it.
Birthdays and anniversaries
Milestone years especially. We have done a great many ninetieths.
Corporate evenings
Holiday parties, launches and conferences. We can print your branding alongside the photograph.

Class photographs printed and handed over before anyone has left the room.

Before the date

We talk it through
A short call about your venue, your timings and roughly how many guests. Nothing is booked or charged until we have.
An hour ahead

We arrive early
Set-up needs a table and a power outlet, and takes about an hour. You will not notice us doing it.
On the night

Guests come to us
We photograph, print and trim on the spot. Each magnet takes a couple of minutes from shutter to hand.
Before we go

We pack down
Quietly, and usually before the last dance. The table is back the way we found it.
The week after

We send the files
Every photograph from the night, at full resolution, yours to keep and reprint.

That is genuinely the whole list. If your venue makes any of it difficult, say so on the call and we will work around it.

Wake Forest, Raleigh, and a good way beyond.
We regularly serve the Raleigh area and about thirty miles around Wake Forest. Further afield is usually possible for a travel fee — tell us where you are and we will let you know.
