How do I look after my magnets?

Wipe them with a dry cloth. Keep them out of direct sunlight for years of colour, and away from anything abrasive.

We regularly serve the Raleigh area and about thirty miles around Wake Forest. Further afield is often possible — ask us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the parcel size for your number of magnets. You see the UPS rate before paying.

How does a puzzle magnet differ from a photo magnet?

Accepted Answer

A puzzle is one photograph cut across six or nine tiles that reassemble into a single picture on your fridge. Photo magnets are separate pictures, one per magnet.

How many photos do I need to upload?

One per magnet. A pack of nine takes nine photographs — though you can upload fewer and use the duplicate button to repeat a favourite across the sheet.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photograph within fourteen days and we will reprint it. Because every order is personalised we cannot accept general returns, but we will always put a fault right.

What happens at an event?

We photograph your guests, print on the spot, and hand them a magnet before they leave. Book a consultation and we will talk through what would suit your event.

How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order by hand. Most orders are printed, cut and posted within three to five working days.

Will my photo be cropped?

Accepted Answer

Usually a little, so it fills the magnet without distorting. You see exactly how each one will be cropped in the preview before you order, and nothing goes to print until you accept it.

What if I order more than one set?

Extra sets reprint the same photographs. Order two sets of nine and you upload nine images and receive eighteen magnets — two of each. If you want different photographs, add the product to your bag a second time and upload a new set.

What makes a good photo?

Anything sharp and reasonably well lit. Photos straight from a phone are ideal. Very dark or heavily zoomed images lose detail at this size.

Can I buy a single magnet?

Not on its own. Each size is sold as a set — nine at 2 inches, six at 2.5 inches square, four at the largest size — because those are the counts that fill a sheet of photo paper without leaving offcut we would have to charge you for.
